They are assembled and developed by our own team, with each lighting product going through hands-on production, assembly, and inspection before shipment. From Components to Finished Products
Behind every CHIEFIX light is a complete production process supported by carefully managed components, materials, packaging, and finished inventory. Keeping key materials and products in-house allows us to maintain better control over product consistency, production efficiency, and order fulfillment.
Designed from the Ground Up
Our products begin long before they reach the production line. We use professional 3D design tools such as SolidWorks to develop structures, evaluate dimensions, refine mechanical details, and turn ideas into manufacturable products. The physical product in front of the screen is the result of that process—from concept, to prototype, to production.
Engineering Inside Every Light
A reliable lighting product is more than an enclosure and a set of LEDs. Our team designs and develops the internal lighting boards and electronic systems to achieve the brightness, control, reliability, and performance required for professional repair work. With years of experience serving the mobile repair industry, we develop our products around real working conditions rather than generic consumer lighting.
Developed Beyond the Hardware
Hardware is only part of the product. Our team also develops and tests the firmware that controls lighting behavior, brightness adjustment, user interaction, and other electronic functions. From circuit design and MCU programming to device testing and debugging, we work across both hardware and software to create lighting tools built for real repair environments.
